Privacy policy

Effective October 15, 2026

Giggle Pig is a voice changer for Windows, operated by UberMail LLC, doing business as Giggle Pig, an Arizona limited liability company ("we", "us"). This policy covers the Giggle Pig app, the website at gigglepig.gg, and the online services the app uses. Questions or requests: privacy@gigglepig.gg.

The short version

What we collect, and why

On your PC (not sent to us)

The app keeps its settings, your voices, sound clips, training recordings and logs in a folder on your PC (%LOCALAPPDATA%\Giggle Pig). Voice conversion, voice training and speech recognition for voice commands run on your PC. None of this is sent to us unless a feature below says so. Uninstalling the app and deleting that folder removes it.

Your account

An account is optional; the free voices work without one. If you sign in, we collect:

Purchases

Subscriptions are sold and billed by Stripe. You enter your payment details on Stripe's checkout page; we never receive your card number. Stripe tells us your customer id, the plan, its status and renewal date. Stripe's own privacy policy covers what Stripe collects.

App updates

The app checks our server for new versions and downloads updates. Those requests include the app's version number.

AI voice commands (optional)

Voice commands ("switch to the deep voice", "play the air horn") are recognised on your PC. If you turn on AI commands and the app can't understand a command by itself, it sends the transcribed text of that command and, when needed to find what you asked for, the names of your voices and clips to Anthropic (the Claude AI model) through our server. No audio is sent. We don't store the text of your commands.

Generated sound clips (Creator plan, optional)

When you create a sound clip from a text description, we send that text to ElevenLabs to generate the audio. The generated clip is kept on our servers for up to 7 days so the app can download it, then deleted.

Shared voices (optional)

If you share a voice, we store its model files, its name and settings, your statement that you have the speaker's permission, and which account shared it. Anyone with the link can download it. It stays until you delete the link (or we take it down). If someone reports a shared voice, we store the report (the reason and what they wrote) and a one-way code derived from the reporter's IP address that can't be turned back into the address, to prevent abuse.

Diagnostic reports (optional)

Nothing is sent until you turn on Share diagnostics with support or press Send a report in the app's Settings. A report contains: the app version and update status; your Windows version, processor, memory and graphics card; the names of your audio devices, which ones Giggle Pig uses and the voice engine's live numbers; your voices' names and whether they work; VR software that's running and which mic each running game uses; your plan and whether you're signed in; the app's settings; the last few hundred lines of the app's own logs; and anything you type into the report. Your Windows account name, PC name, email addresses and IP addresses are removed from the report before it's sent. Reports never include recordings or audio, what you say, your clips, files outside Giggle Pig, passwords, keys or sign-in tokens. You can preview the exact report in the app first. If you're signed in, the report is linked to your account; if not, to a random id for your PC.

Integrations

If you connect Twitch, the app talks to Twitch directly from your PC and keeps its sign-in token in Windows Credential Manager; we don't receive it. OBS and the app's local API run only on your PC.

The website

gigglepig.gg uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Its pages ask our server for the latest release so the download button is current.

Emails you send us

If you email us, we keep the conversation to answer you and for our records.

Logs and security

Our servers keep operational logs (which part of the service was called, the result, how long it took, and an account id) for 30 days to run and secure the service. To limit abuse, we count requests per IP address using a keyed one-way code, not the address itself.

We honour these rights for everyone, wherever you live. We don't sell personal information or share it for targeted advertising.

Children

Giggle Pig is not meant for children under 13, and we don't knowingly collect information from them. If you believe a child under 13 has given us information, email privacy@gigglepig.gg and we'll delete it.

Security

Connections to our services are encrypted (HTTPS), stored data is encrypted at rest, and access is limited to the people who run Giggle Pig. Secrets on your PC (your sign-in token and integration tokens) are kept in Windows Credential Manager. No system is perfectly secure, so we keep only what the features above need.

Our servers are in the United States. If you use Giggle Pig from elsewhere, your information is transferred to and processed in the United States.
